Renders ~/.config/btop/btop.conf, the configuration for the resource monitor /about/ to run when you press Mod+Shift+C on the dock.
The theme is taken from the palette registry (get-btop-theme),
which is why the accent colours follow whatever palette you selected
instead of btop’s own defaults. Only the options that differ from
btop’s shipped defaults are set here; the rest of the file’s possible
keys are kept as a commented-out reference at the bottom of this module
so you can enable them without opening btop’s documentation.
Because the values are key/value pairs, heks-linux-btop-settings
can be rendered and inspected without launching btop - and it is covered
by a diff check whenever you change a palette.
Default value:
"/root/.config/btop"
Default value:
"btop.conf"
Return the btop configuration as a list of (key . value) pairs.
The colour theme comes from the current palette and the file is
serialized with spaced-equal-conf-pair, matching the key =
value style btop expects. Only the non-default options are emitted.
(mk-kv-conf-lines (heks-linux-btop-settings))
Write the btop configuration to btop-config-dir.
A header comment marks the file as generated. Local overrides are read
from $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/heks-linux/btop-settings.scm first.
